This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a cutting-edge team in a rapidly growing environment. </span></div><h3>Responsibilties</h3><ul><li>Build rapport with clients to ensure we are identifying the solution that meets their needs.</li><li>Build rapport with buyer and seller agents to increase company market presence and ensure we are meeting local market demands and nuances </li><li>Use technology to guide clients in obtaining mortgages by answering their questions, collecting necessary documents and verifying information.</li><li>Provide exceptional client service while advising on the purchase or refinance process. </li><li>Respond to potential inquiries from company-generated prospects.</li><li>Achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives.</li><li>Work closely with operations, compliance and technology teams to optimize the loan application and workflow. </li><li>Ensure that all loans originate in full compliance with federal and state regulations. </li><li>Adopts Company values in work behaviors, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactions.</li><li>Contributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous development, collaboration, creativity and fun</li></ul><h3>Expertise</h3><ul><li>Customer-focused, business-centric, and team-oriented mindset; relentlessly passionate about finding and completing valuable work. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of state-specific licensing and registration requirements and use of the NMLS.
