Ensure readiness across ops teams and orchestrate deployments with engineering </li> <li>Lead post-launch support, analyze operational feedback, and ensure continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations</li> <li>Oversee user-submitted feedback systems - triage issues, identify trends, and influence tooling &amp; operational improvements to drive long-term solutions for Waymo &amp; partner users</li> <li>Act as a subject matter expert to internal and partner teams, providing guidance on high priority issues and informing training resources</li> <li>Maintain transparent communication with internal teams regarding upcoming launches, known issues, and key decisions, fostering collaboration and trust</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in a technology-focused role such as Product Management, Product Operations, Business Strategy, Product Commercialization, Technical Program Management, or Technical Operations</li> <li>BA/BS degree in related technical subject (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science), or equivalent practical experience in a technical field / role</li> <li>Experience working with internet technologies &amp; digital products; understanding of analytical tools and large data sets</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We prefer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in managing large product rollouts, including aligning operational priorities, coordinating across multiple teams, and driving successful adoption at scale</li> <li>Strong technical background, with an understanding of tooling system development and deployment processes</li> <li>Proficiency in analyzing data, metrics, and feedback to identify issues, trends, and tooling improvements to make informed decisions</li> <li>Experience identifying business needs, and then defining, and building technical solutions to address those requirements in a fast-paced environment (e.g. creating BRD, PRD, Design docs)</li> <li>Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships; experience working directly with product, eng, and ops leads and end user teams alike</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Travel requirement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexibility to travel to vendor/partner sites occasionally &lt;5% of the time</li> </ul> <p> </p><div><div><div><p><span>The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
