You must be detail-oriented, visual, and self-motivated. </span><b>Bilingual in Thai, Indonesian, or Traditional Chinese.</b></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Review and investigate escalated reports and appeals of potential violations of our policies</li><li>Conduct objective, fair, thorough, evidence based, unbiased, and timely investigations into reported content</li><li>Provide support in resolving issues reported by moderation teams</li><li>Respond to incoming user inquiries, complaints, feedback, and reports</li><li>Work with other departments to track and resolve bugs and other technical issues</li><li>Work with internal and external stakeholders in developing and refining policies to improve creator and reader experience</li><li>Keep up-to-date on current events and assist with policy research and analysis</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Education: B.A./B.S. in related fields</li><li>1-2 years experience in trust and safety or community management (must have experience in UGC moderation)</li><li>Native-level proficiency in Thai, Indonesian, or Traditional Chinese.</li><li>Strong proficiency with technology: Experience using Zendesk or other helpdesk software, Airtable, SharePoint, MS Office, etc</li><li>Ability to understand and analyze complex cases</li><li>Interested in content policy, compliance, and/or internet governance</li><li>Must have experience working with multicultural company</li></ul><div><span>With approximately 155 million monthly active users, WEBTOON Entertainment’s IP &amp; Creator Ecosystem of aligned brands and platforms include WEBTOON, Wattpad--the world’s leading webnovel platform--WEBTOON Productions, Studio N, Studio LICO, WEBTOON Unscrolled, LINE MANGA, and eBookJapan, among others.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Join us and work with some of the biggest artists, IP, and fandoms in comics!</span></div><div><span>#WEBTOON</span></div>
