We work with the top publishers, manufacturers and licensees globally to bring exciting products to our fandoms.</div><div><br /></div><div>We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized and communicative individual to join WEBTOON Consumer Goods division in a six-month contract position as Traffic Assistant, IP Strategy  Reporting to the Manager, IP Strategy.  This role will provide operational support for our freelance design projects and partnership deliverables.  This is a dynamic role with opportunity to become full-time in 2026.</div><h3>Essential Duties:</h3><ul><li>Ensure all digital creative assets are delivered to our pool of freelancers in a timely manner so they can meet deadlines</li><li>Collaborate as needed with WEBTOON editors to select compelling imagery, fan favorite moments, or key plot lines for use in providing creative direction  </li><li>Monitor the freelancer pipeline and schedule, following up regularly on due dates and notifying Manager, IP Strategy to any delays in the schedule that could impact final deliverables</li><li>Working closely with Manager, IP Strategy, to collect creative feedback in a clear manner and deliver to freelancer pool.</li><li>Ensure all approvals are secured / initialled on creative projects.</li><li>Upload final deliverables to partners via their various delivery tools</li><li>As needed, provide support to Associate Director, Trade &amp; Consumer strategy on asset delivery and sales material builds</li><li>Process freelancer invoices</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>You have a strong interest in or experience with production and operations</li><li>You have a keen organizational mind that enjoys putting order around projects</li><li>You have used a project management system in the past and experience with Adobe Suite is preferred.</li><li>You are a natural problem solver and not afraid to push for follow up on deadlines </li><li>You are proactive and eager to share your knowledge and ideas</li><li>You have a sense of urgency in completing projects on time</li></ul><div><span>With approximately 155 million monthly active users, WEBTOON Entertainment’s IP &amp; Creator Ecosystem of aligned brands and platforms include WEBTOON, Wattpad--the world’s leading webnovel platform--WEBTOON Productions, Studio N, Studio LICO, WEBTOON Unscrolled, LINE MANGA, and eBookJapan, among others.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Join us and work with some of the biggest artists, IP, and fandoms in comics!</span></div><div><span>#WEBTOON</span></div>
