As a Principal, Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and design remote testing infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for lab evolution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Drive continuous improvement of lab infrastructure, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track lab performance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience in system architecture and test automation.
- Strong understanding of consumer electronics platforms (Smart TV, Set Top Box, Streaming devices).
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and networking.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python) and automation frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
- Understanding of database systems and architecture.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and test automation tools (PyTest preferred).

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
