Our legal team is seeking an experienced and motivated licensed attorney with experience in app and/or content licensing transactions to join our growing Platform+ Legal team. As Counsel, you will be reporting to VIZIOs Director, Content Licensing and Media Transactions Counsel and working closely with other attorneys supporting VIZIOs Platform+ business. About the Legal Department

Our Legal Department operates at the heart of Walmart’s business strategy, ensuring compliance and providing robust legal support to drive the companys global objectives. As a member of this team, you will impact key business decisions and help navigate complex legal challenges to support Walmart’s mission of saving people money so they can live better.

What You’ll Do

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements, focusing on app and content licensing.
Advise on deals with content providers, media/entertainment companies, and streaming services.
Evaluate and address issues from both legal and business perspectives with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
Handle complex business and legal matters in a technology-driven, agile environment.
Support strategic initiatives, including technology and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Bring

Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, particularly in app and content licensing.
Strong understanding of media, entertainment, and streaming service deals.
Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sams Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
