You will partner with our Solution Advisors, Account Management, and BDR teams. WalkMe Account Executives lead a consultative sales cycle, based on value selling across multiple departments within each client.</div><h3>What Youll Own</h3><ul><li>In your first 30 days, you will begin onboarding training to gain a proficient working knowledge of WalkMes product, value proposition, use cases, and sales process</li><li>Within the first 60 days, you will attend Sales Onboarding Boot Camp and Value-Selling training. Youll begin to manage your sales cycles. You will look for new logos and manage inbound leads</li><li>Within your first quarter, you will start closing initial cycles based on your ramp quota</li><li>You will focus on DoD and IC agencies</li></ul><h3>What You Need to Succeed </h3><ul><li>5-10 years of technology sales experience within DoD, IC agencies. The starting base pay for this role is between $125,000 and $150,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
