A major focus of your role will be event marketing—planning and executing events that boost engagement and strengthen our brand. Beyond events, you’ll support paid media campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and collaborate on strategic partnerships to expand our reach and impact.</div> <h2> What Youll Be Expected To Own: </h2> <div><strong>Demand Generation &amp; Marketing Execution</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Paid Media Execution:</strong> Support in execution of digital advertising campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta). </li><li><strong>Email Marketing:</strong> Support in execution of email campaigns to engage prospects and customers including but not limited to events.</li><li><strong>Copywriting &amp; Content:</strong> Develop compelling event promotion materials, landing pages, and follow-up messaging.</li><li><strong>Partnership Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with industry partners, sponsors, and affiliates.</li></ul><div><strong>Event Strategy &amp; Execution </strong></div><ul><li><strong>Event Planning:</strong> Work with the Growth team to develop the concept and strategy for webinars, trade shows, and customer dinners.</li><li><strong>Event Execution</strong>: Lead the execution of webinars, trade shows, customer dinners, ensuring every detail is covered from concept to delivery.</li><li><strong>Wagefest Ownership:</strong> Be a key driver of our annual two-day Wagefest festival, collaborating across teams to create a standout event experience.</li><li><strong>Vendor Management:</strong> Source and manage vendors, venues, and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality deliverables.</li><li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company goals.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event strategies with broader business objectives.</li><li><strong>Customer Engagement:</strong> Plan and execute customer-facing events, focusing on fostering strong relationships and delivering value.</li><li><strong>Lead Capture and Funnel Management: </strong>Be responsible for ensuring the successful capture and conversion of leads generated at events.
