The Local VB CSOC team lead will build the technical and human infrastructure needed to deliver managed security services with robustness, efficiency and operational excellence. The Local VB CSOC will safeguard our clients’ digital assets and must exceed customer needs and requirements.<br />He/she will give efficient, innovative and leading-edge security guidance and provide the strategic vision to define, build and scale the Local VB CSOC. He/she will build, lead and develop a team of threat analysts and responders, security specialists and engineering experts that will manage core and advanced SOC services, modular security services and security consultancy services. The Local VB CSOC Team Lead will be accountable of the CapEx and OpEx to set the services and will report to the Head of Cybersecurity Services, working in an international matrix environment.</p></div></div><div><div><h2><b>What you’ll do</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>Accountable for the end-to-end set up and delivery of the Local VB CSOC in Portugal, working in partnership with the Central VB CSOC and other local VB CSOCs, Vodafone Business and Technology functions; </li><li>Accountable to define the human and technical infrastructure to set up the Local VB CSOC in Lisbon; </li><li>Accountable to deliver excellent customer experience for the portfolio of Managed Security Services throughout the Sell, Build and Run journeys, including onboarding, preventive and reactive functions, for: Endpoint, network and cloud security products, managed awareness, Identity, Threat intelligence and Vulnerability management services; </li><li>Incident detection and response, forensic analysis and post incident review and improvement; </li><li>Accountable to manage the product and customer lifecycle of cybersecurity services, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><b>Who you are</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering departments (preferably Electronics or Computer Engineering);</li><li>Preferably with security certifications such as GIAC GCIH, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+);</li><li>Deep understanding of operational concepts and procedures within cybersecurity services, with focus in managing and responding to security incidents.</li><li>Experience in managing security projects and teams;</li><li>Knowledge of Vodafone Business wide portfolio of product and services, with strong expertise on assurance/operations;</li><li>Experience in hands-on delivery of services for end customers, managing delivery teams with end-to-end accountability of the customer service;</li><li>Experience in setting up new technology/infrastructure to serve a new service portfolio;</li><li>Excellent leader of people with ability to build relationships, engage and inspire;</li><li>Strong collaboration skills harnessed towards delivering the right outcomes for Vodafone and our customers;</li><li>Fluent in Portuguese to coordinate the Local VB CSOC team, interface with Portugal Market functions and customers;</li><li>Fluent in English as working language to interact with Group functions on a daily basis.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><b>Not a perfect fit?</b></h2></div><div><p>Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
