This partnership is a unique, industry-first model which brings together the best of in-house and 3rd party capability.<br />We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.<br />#VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture</p></div></div><div><div><h2>What you will do</h2></div><div><ul><li>Evaluate creditworthiness of clients using financial analysis and risk modelling.</li><li>Structure and negotiate leveraged transactions aligned with internal risk appetite.</li><li>Monitor credit risk KPIs including bad debt, churn, and vetting outcomes.</li><li>Deliver financial objectives and maintain high-quality accounting standards.</li><li>Provide regular reporting to Finance Operations and Business Partners.</li><li>Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively resolve issues.</li><li>Lead succession planning and business planning for the CTC team.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Group policies, SOX, and audit requirements.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and performance diagnostics.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed credit risk reports to senior management.</li><li>Support operational process and control issue resolution.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2>Who you are</h2></div><div><ul><li>Minimum 8+ years of experience in credit risk analysis, preferably in leveraged finance or structured transactions.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and deadlines.</li><li>Collaborative mindset with adaptability to change and ambiguity.</li><li>Proficient in S4 Hana/SAP, MS Office, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and oral).</li><li>Strong understanding of financial statements, credit modelling, and risk assessment tools.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.</li><li>Experience in Robotics or project handling is an added advantage.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable processes.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2>Not a Perfect Fit?</h2></div><div><p>Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
