This includes monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and escalating issues to L2/L3 teams.</span></p><p>   The role ensures system uptime and supports routine operational tasks in a 24x7 environment.</p><p><strong> Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for managing Server related Incidents/Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA.</li><li>Perform Linux OS patching as per scheduled maintenance windows.</li><li>Handle user management tasks including account creation, permission assignments, and password resets.</li><li>Knowledge in Linux administration and Troubleshooting, Knowledge about Ansible and containerization technology.</li><li>Fixing Linux Hardware and OS issues/problems.</li></ul><p><strong>Core competencies, knowledge and experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding of Linux operating systems (RedHat, Oracle, Ubuntu).</li><li>Familiarity with command-line tools and shell scripting.</li><li>Knowledge of system monitoring tools.</li><li>Knowledge about Ansible and containerization technology</li><li>Ability to work in 24/7 shifts</li></ul><p><strong>Must have technical/professional qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Linux+ or RHCSA certification preferred</li><li>1–2 years of experience in Linux system support.</li></ul><p> </p></div></div><div><div><h2><b>VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer Commitment</b></h2></div><div><p>VOIS is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
