In this role, you will create engaging content in both German and English for a variety of print and digital materials, supporting both internal and external audiences. You will collaborate with a diverse team of marketing professionals to develop creative concepts and impactful campaigns for international B2B and B2C audiences. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality, brand-aligned copy and contributing to the growth of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.</p></div></div><div><div><h2><b>What you’ll do</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>Interpret and action briefs to deliver professional copywriting services for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Identify information gaps and request clarification or missing information.</li><li>Conduct relevant research to address briefs in alignment with project scope and required standards.</li><li>Consult on the scope of copywriting tasks and projected timelines to support accurate definition of SLAs and preparation of proposals/quotes.</li><li>Write, edit, and proofread copy for print and digital media for diverse B2B, B2C, and internal audiences.</li><li>Collaborate with global stakeholders, including business partners, account managers, and other specialists, to deliver projects within agreed SLAs.</li><li>Lead the development of original concepts and key messaging for new or evolving brands, propositions, markets, or audiences.</li><li>Consult on the application of brand standards, copy guidelines, and best practices to ensure delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned copy.</li><li>Apply knowledge of business needs, target audiences, and digital marketing trends to optimise quality of work and outcomes.</li><li>Provide professional reviews and guidance to new joiners and less experienced copywriters.</li><li>Lead growth of copywriting capabilities, professional skill development, and knowledge-sharing sessions.</li><li>Work with innovative technologies, project management, and information sharing systems.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><b>Who you are</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>Native-level proficiency in German and English (CERF C1 or C2 level).</li><li>Impressive portfolio of professional writing work.</li><li>7+ years of professional experience in editing and writing for print and digital media.</li><li>Experience in developing and writing B2B and B2C content and communications.</li><li>Proficiency in working with professional writing style guides and brand guidelines.</li><li>Experience in business, sales, or creative team environments.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of business needs, marketing, and optimising customer experiences.</li><li>Strong commitment to best practices in writing and professional development.</li><li>Proactive, positive, collaborative, solution-oriented, and client-focused attitude.</li><li>Interest in digital communications technologies.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).</li><li>Experience with collaborative design tools (e.g., Figma).</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.</li><li>Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><b>Not a perfect fit?</b></h2></div><div><p>Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
