Job Description
Candidate must have a minimum of 6-10 years of Sap experience out of which minimum 5 years in SAP MM/ EWM module, understanding business requirements, architecture, support models, key roles etc.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Candidate must have good experience and exposure in:
a.Managing SAP ERP SCM IT Operations covering end to end Level 2 application Operations
b.Remedy, SAP SCM & Logistics Modules, MS Office Tools
c.SAP SCM/Logistics business Processes, SAP OSS process
d.IT Processes and Procedures, ticket lifecycle process (Assigned, In-progress, Pending), change & problem ticket, understanding of Ticket SLA and KPIs, reporting, governance
Must have excellent stakeholder management, communication skills since roll involves continuous reporting and communication with senior client management based out of UK, and other European local markets of Vodafone.Resolves defects and analyses their root cause, implements change requests.
•Optimizes and maintains test scripts.
•Provides support for the VIP community.
•Delivers efficiencies and improvements to internal business partners.
