This includes initial assessments, business process design, documentation, and alignment with technical and operational teams. You will define customer-centric solutions and contribute to the operational support model, ensuring a seamless experience across the Sell-Build-Run cycle, including onboarding, billing, and support. A key deliverable in this role is the Service Design Document, which supports cost optimisation, enhances customer experience, and embeds best practices throughout the service lifecycle.</p></div></div><div><div><h2>Who are you</h2></div><div><p>You are a structured and collaborative individual with a strong understanding of service design principles and customer lifecycle management.
