Leverages those relationships to ensure maximum financial return from Vodafone customers.</li><li>Works collaboratively to provide direction on the service, delivery and operational relationship for nominated accounts.</li><li>Works with Operating Companies corporate sales areas and in partnership with Customer Fulfilment and pre/post (delivery) areas to ensure that international and national strategies are aligned, complementary and delivered to customers.</li><li>Key company liaison responsible for developing strong one-to-one long term relationships with key decision makers/influencers up to C-Level.</li><li>Supports new product, service, fixed, converged/unified communications and mobile solutions into account base.</li><li>Inputs to decisions on new propositions, product mix and services for customers. Responsible for content of proposals submitted to customer, both in response to requests for proposal (RFP) and proactive (unsolicited).</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u><b>Core Competencies</b></u></h2></div><div><ul><li>Ability to understand a customer’s business and challenges and the experience of identifying, translating, and developing creative and innovative solutions into VBI propositions, which address the customers’ business challenges</li><li>Product knowledge &amp; solution mindset</li><li>Experience selling across multi towers</li><li>Must have P&amp;L understanding, ability to assess customer trends and provide timely and accurate revenue forecasting</li><li>Drives accelerated revenue growth by identifying potential markets for new and existing products and services in nominated accounts</li><li>Track record of global accounts/ enterprise solution selling (5-10 years) within multi-national companies (in at least one of the following areas – communications service provider, technology, financial, pharmaceutical, professional services sectors)</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record of result working in a multi-cultural environment across multiple time zones</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u><b>Key Qualifications</b></u></h2></div><div><ul><li>3 yrs+ successful global accounts/enterprise solution selling</li><li>8 yrs+ sales experience</li><li>University Degree or equivalent sales experience. MBA desirable but not required</li><li>Excellent communicator</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence at C-Level</li><li>Ability to lead and manage an international and distributed team</li><li>International business appreciation and expertise – lived and worked abroad or worked in a global account management role for large amount of time. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u><b>Compensation Range</b></u></h2></div><div><p>For sales roles, salaries are expressed as Total Target Compensation (TTC = base salary + commission). This roles base salary range is $126,720 - $165,000 / yr.
