Join us today and experience Life at Visa.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Visa Consulting &amp; Analytics (VCA) is the payments consulting arm of Visa, focused on serving Visa’s clients and partners. We are a global team of ~600 consultants and data scientists. We offer consulting and analytics services across different areas of interest to our clients including strategy, product, portfolio management, risk, digital and more.</p><p>Within VCA, we have a dedicated Data Science team who are experts in statistics, advanced analytics and machine learning with exclusive access to insights from VisaNet, one of the largest payment networks in the world. The majority of our team members are generalists and get exposure to all the topics we offer and all the countries we cover.</p><p>During your VCA internship assignment, you will get to work closely with a consulting project team to support in different aspects of the project delivery, including for example:</p><ul><li>Collecting required data and conducting research</li><li>Conducting data analysis using internal and external data sources</li><li>Developing insights from the data analyses to support the recommendations development process</li><li>Developing project deliverables including slides, excel models, etc.</li><li>Supporting the project team members in developing hypotheses, contribute to conclusions and assisting other senior team members in presenting back to the client</li><li>Supporting the team in presenting the recommendations to the client</li></ul><p>In addition to contributing to consulting projects, you may also get the chance to support VCA team members in developing white papers or internal research, as well as client proposals.</p><p>VCA projects (as well as proposals) can be with clients across the region and can be across the different VCA focus areas (portfolio, digital, risk, etc.) depending on the project pipeline.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Current student working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree, with a graduation date of December 2026 or summer 2027</li><li>Economics, Business, Finance, Economics, Econometrics IT/MIS, Engineering or related disciplines welcome to apply</li><li>Available for the internship (June – August 2026)</li><li>Must be physically in Ukraine for the duration of the internship (remote work while physically in Ukraine is accepted - office attendance is optional)</li><li>Must be available to start a graduate role by June 2027</li><li>Excellent academic record</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities and experience solving business cases</li><li>Strong in MS Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint</li><li>Superior analytical and financial analysis skills</li><li>Strong collaboration skills with a diverse peer group required</li><li>Able to articulate viewpoint effectively to key stakeholders in order to get buy in and agreement</li><li>Self-confident and hands-on, with the ability to operate in a fast paced and constantly changing work environment</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Visa is an EEO Employer.
