Team Development</h3><ul><li>Lead and develop a high-performing commercial operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.</li><li>Mentor and coach team to strengthen commercial acumen.</li></ul>90 Day PlanWithin your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:● Build internal relationships with Virta team members, especially your peers across the Commercial Leadership Team● Connect with key internal partners, including Finance and Legal, to understand cross-functional needs and build partnership● Assess the structure and quality of the team and technology stack, making a clear recommendation on how to grow the organization in a scalable motion● Oversee and improve commercial reporting for leadership insight and executive visibilityRequirements:<ul><li>15+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or related functions.</li><li>7–10 years of leadership experience, with proven success managing senior-level teams across multiple commercial disciplines.</li><li>Demonstrated track record of scaling commercial operations in high-growth organizations (preferably in healthcare, technology, or other complex, regulated industries).</li><li>Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, pricing models, and contract negotiations.</li><li>Experience leading CRM systems and sales enablement tools implementations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).</li><li>Background in P&amp;L management and financial planning is appreciated.</li></ul><h3>Leadership &amp;
