You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Creative teams to deliver meaningful user experiences that drive activation and long-term value, and help both define and execute our roadmap for experimentation while providing hands-on technical execution support to fuel our growth..<h1>Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>Act as the team’s Braze subject matter expert, leveraging experience with modern marketing tools, training others, and providing guidance on best practices and platform capabilities, including segmentation, QA, planning, and delivery.</li><li>Use and evaluate AI-powered marketing features in Braze and other tools to improve efficiency, content relevance, and campaign personalization at scale.</li><li>Own, measure, and optimize strategic member acquisition programs across email and mail channels using Braze, including enrollment, win-back, transactional, and abandoned cart campaigns.</li><li>Build and scale automate AI-personalized workflows, dynamic content, segmentation, and A/B and multi-variate tests to personalize user experiences. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience. For this role, the compensation range is $138,287 - $162,690.
