You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Creative teams operate as a collaborative, efficient, and consistent unit. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Youll oversee creative resourcing for our UK Hub of ~30 people, working closely with the NYC Resource Manager. Your remit spans resource planning, capacity and utilisation management, and data-driven optimisation of how our Creative team works.
