As a Revenue Operations Director at Vida, you will play an integral role driving initiatives that increase enrollment and activation and reduce churn from Vida members. You will work closely with finance to monitor revenue fluctuations and variance to forecast, particularly for large accounts. This cross functional role entails working internally across marketing, client success, analytics, finance and product to drive high impact actions that materially move Vida’s revenue operations KPIs. This role requires a high level of project management, comfort with using data/analytics to drive decision making, communication and internal relationship building.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoy working with internal/external partners and customers, want to be involved in the cutting edge of healthcare and think strategically about business and partnership opportunities, this role may be for you.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li>Drive and manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives that have material impact on revenue operations KPIs.</li><li>Develop a best-in-class playbook for revenue operations across Vida’s product portfolio, leveraging best practices across digital health.</li><li>Evaluate and monitor that rev ops processes are working as intended, solving for any gaps.</li><li>Monitor and understand the data behind enrollment/revenue fluctuation, getting ahead of evolving client and product mix markets/needs and ensuring key drivers are well-understood across stakeholders.</li><li>Work closely with finance on account-level forecasting and reconciliation to actuals.</li><li>Drive operational planning for revenue capture across the board, ensuring tactics and plans are in place and adhering to goals.</li><li>Conduct account-level deep dives into large account tactics, shifting client business priorities and work with account managers on risk mitigation tactics to preserve revenue.</li><li>Define timelines and prioritize/sequence efforts according to business value.</li><li>Build business case/value proposition for initiatives where investment or new resources are required.</li><li>Work closely with analytics on the impact of revenue-generating activities across marketing, contact center and product.</li><li>Monitor rev ops dashboards closely for key trends and initiate early action as appropriate.</li><li>Hold others accountable for timely delivery of new initiatives.</li><li>Co-create the partner implementation playbook for Vida’s partnership clients.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>7+ years of experience in project management or customer success, ideally in a health tech company/healthcare industry, or from a management consulting background.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree at minimum.</li><li>Familiarity with the overall healthcare landscape, including major relevant healthcare legislation and companies within the industry.</li><li>Strong comfort with leveraging operational data and analytics to drive decision making.</li><li>Familiarity with implementation of health programs.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain leadership level relationships internally and externally.</li><li>Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment and have an ownership mentality.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and apply good judgment in resolving complicated issues.</li><li>Must be comfortable with navigating ambiguity, getting into the weeds and have the ability to strategically prioritize.</li><li>Must be able to think strategically and apply good business judgment.</li><li>Must be very organized and a team player.</li><li>Proficient in the use of web and mobile technologies.</li><li>Fluent in Google products, PowerPoint, Excel and Project Management tools.</li><li>Passionate about Vida’s mission.</li></ul><div><i>Vida is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.</i></div><div><br /></div><div><i>Diversity is more than a commitment at Vida—it is the foundation of what we do.
