The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall partner lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and identifying growth opportunities. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship management skills, and a solid understanding of the messaging industry.<ul><li>Manage a portfolio of Business Messaging and Chatbot partners with a focus on the Ukrainian market.</li><li>Oversee the entire partner lifecycle, including onboarding, day-to-day account management, performance monitoring, and growth strategy execution.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams-including Sales, Marketing, and Product - to support partner enablement and integration.</li><li>Coordinate partner training sessions, marketing initiatives, and operational support as needed.</li><li>Analyze partner performance using internal reporting tools and provide regular business reviews (monthly/quarterly).</li><li>Detect and resolve reporting discrepancies; ensure data accuracy in partner performance tracking.</li><li>Clearly communicate Viber’s product offerings, features, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Viber solutions to existing partners.</li></ul> <ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B account management, ideally within the messaging, telecommunications, or digital services sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of the messaging ecosystem (e.g., messaging apps, SMS, CPaaS).</li><li>Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; fluency in Ukrainian is highly preferred.</li><li>Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and delivering business growth.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Independent, highly motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working with data and reporting tools.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
