We’re working in hybrid mode, from home and the office.<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage an agile team of ~8 senior iOS engineers, including hiring, training, and mentoring.</li><li>Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and maintain high-quality code standards.</li><li>Oversee the development lifecycle of the iOS features from concept to release.</li><li>Ensure best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques are followed</li><li>Ensure compliance with fintech industry regulations and security standards.</li><li>Actively participate in the design, development, and maintenance of Viber’s mobile application while analyzing business requirements to create scalable, high-performing, and testable solutions</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/ UI designers, scrum masters, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a team leader</li><li>More than 5 years of hands-on experience in production mobile software development</li><li>Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C</li><li>Familiarity with core banking and security best practices in fintech applications, including data encryption and authentication</li><li>Expert in Protocol Oriented programming, Functional programming, multi-threading</li><li>Strong understanding of MVVM/MVC architecture and design patterns</li><li>Experience with Agile methodology</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.</li><li>Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity or decision-making is a strong advantage.</li></ul> <ul><li>Experience working with remote teams</li><li>Experience in fintech, core banking, or payment apps.</li><li>B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent</li><li>Experience with CI/CD.</li></ul>
