In this role, you will manage the delivery of U.S. tax compliance and planning services to globally mobile individuals and families, including U.S. citizens abroad, nonresidents with U.S. investments, and cross-border executives.You’ll play a critical role in delivering complex tax solutions, managing a team, and supporting the growth of a high-performing advisory practice in a fast-changing global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service &amp; Technical Execution<ul><li>Lead day-to-day client delivery for complex HNWI tax engagements with international components.</li><li>Prepare and review U.S. tax returns and international information reporting (Forms 8938, 3520, 5471, etc.).</li><li>Conduct technical research and provide tax planning on topics such as trust taxation, foreign investment structuring, and expatriation.</li></ul>Team Supervision<ul><li>Mentor and supervise junior team members, ensuring work quality and timely delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with global colleagues across time zones and jurisdictions.</li></ul>Engagement Management<ul><li>Drive operational excellence across client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and workflow coordination.</li><li>Contribute to the development of internal processes, templates, and knowledge tools.  </li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>CPA, EA, or JD required; MST or LLM a plus</li><li>6–8 years of U.S. private client tax experience, ideally with cross-border exposure</li><li>Strong understanding of U.S. international individual tax, trusts, and estate/gift rules</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage projects, review technical work, and interact with clients</li><li>Eagerness to grow technically and contribute to practice-building initiatives  </li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Collaborate with globally recognized experts in private client tax</li><li>Build a career in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment</li><li>Operate in a non-federated environment facilitating a larger market to penetrate unlike the Big 4 world</li><li>Competitive compensation with performance-based bonus</li></ul>Additional Information <ul><li>This is a Hybrid role coming into the office 2-3 times a week.</li><li>Compensation range: $124,300- 204,200</li><li>We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.</li><li>Please note, AI is used as part of the application process. </li></ul>
