You will leverage your expertise in global mobility tax to deliver outstanding results for our clients.</div><div></div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Proven expertise in individual tax planning for employee cross-border movements, including expatriate issues and foreign tax compliance.</li><li>Strong understanding of individual tax compliance, tax planning, and expatriate tax program policies.</li><li>Demonstrated success in managing international assignee populations for multinational clients.</li><li>Ability to research business and industry trends to develop a point of view for assisting with proposals.</li><li>Active participation in client discussions and meetings, effectively communicating a broad range of firm services.</li><li>Engagement management, including preparing concise documents and balancing project economics with unexpected issues.</li><li>Ability to monitor team workloads while meeting client expectations and respecting work-life quality.</li><li>Provide timely, meaningful feedback and keep leadership informed of progress and challenges.</li><li>Familiarity with automation and digitization in professional services, including working with complex data sets and data visualization tools.</li><li>Innovation through new and existing technologies and experimentation with digitization solutions.</li></ul><div>​</div><div><b>Preferred Knowledge/Skills:</b></div><ul><li>Utilize feedback and self-reflection to enhance personal strengths and address developmental areas.</li><li>Delegate tasks effectively, coaching team members to achieve results.</li><li>Apply critical thinking to bring order to unstructured problems.</li><li>Employ a range of tools and techniques to derive insights from industry trends.</li><li>Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance.</li><li>Demonstrate effective communication when influencing and connecting with stakeholders.</li><li>Build quality relationships by reading situations and adapting behavior accordingly.</li></ul><div>​</div><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>Relevant degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3-7 of experience in global mobility tax or related fields.</li><li>Preferred: CPA, EA, CGMA, ATA, CPP, GMS</li></ul><div>​</div><div><b>Additional Information: </b></div><ul><li>Full Time</li><li>This is a Hybrid position, 2 days in office in Manhattan or Stamford</li><li>Compensation Range: $76,700- 126,00 Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data</li></ul><div>​</div><div>At Vialto Partners, we value innovative thinking and collaboration.
