This role is critical in shaping inclusive, compliant, and market-competitive benefits that enhance the employee experience and align with our global Total Rewards strategy.The APAC Benefits Strategy Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing regional benefits programs—including health and wellbeing, retirement, life, disability, absence, and other perks. The successful candidate will act as the strategic point of contact for benefits across APAC (~12 countries), managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with diverse local regulations, and partnering with internal stakeholders to support Vialto’s growth and evolving workforce needs.Key ResponsibilitiesBenefits Strategy &amp; Design<ul><li>Lead the design and optimization of employee benefits and wellbeing programs across APAC.</li><li>Align benefits strategy with global Total Rewards objectives and regional market practices.</li><li>Utilize benchmarking, regulatory insights, and employee feedback to recommend new offerings and enhancements.</li><li>Serve as a strategic advisor to HR and leadership on APAC-specific benefits, market trends, and innovations.</li></ul>Program &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Manage relationships with regional brokers, insurers, third-party administrators, and other service providers.</li><li>Lead RFPs, contract negotiations, and service delivery oversight to ensure high-quality and cost-effective offerings.</li><li>Conduct routine vendor audits and performance evaluations.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Risk Mitigation<ul><li>Ensure all programs comply with local benefits laws and regulations across APAC (e.g., CPF in Singapore, EPF in Malaysia, superannuation in Australia, statutory leave entitlements across multiple jurisdictions).</li><li>Partner with Legal, Finance, and internal compliance teams to proactively manage risk and ensure audit readiness.</li><li>Monitor and respond to complex and fast-evolving regulatory changes impacting benefits in the region.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Change Management<ul><li>Lead regional communications for benefit changes, open enrollment, and ongoing education initiatives.</li><li>Develop content that clearly conveys value, eligibility, and processes to employees and HR partners.</li><li>Train HR and Tier 1 support teams on regional benefits policies and escalation processes.</li></ul>Data &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Analyze utilization trends, cost drivers, and employee sentiment to inform data-driven decisions.</li><li>Report key insights and recommendations to the Global Benefits Director and APAC leadership.</li><li>Track and manage the regional benefits budget in collaboration with Finance.</li></ul>Global Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate with Benefits Strategy Managers in EMEA and the Americas to align on global programs and share best practices.</li><li>Support global initiatives including wellbeing campaigns, recognition programs, M&amp;A integration, and Workday enhancements.</li><li>Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and employee-centric design.</li></ul>QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.</li><li>CEBS, IFEBP Global Certification, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>7–10+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits within a multinational or matrixed organization.</li><li>Demonstrated experience designing and managing APAC region benefits programs across multiple countries.</li><li>Proven ability to manage vendors and complex benefit delivery models across diverse regulatory environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of APAC compliance requirements and statutory benefits frameworks.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into impactful benefits programs.</li><li>Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to distill complex topics.</li><li>Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and Excel capabilities.</li><li>Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.</li><li>Multi-lingual capability (e.g., Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese, or other APAC languages) is a strong plus.</li></ul>Additional InformationWork Location - Bangalore<ul><li>We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.</li></ul>
