We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in orchestrating advanced financial planning, forecasting, and analytical processes to support strategic decision-making and drive the company’s growth.As a Financial Planning &amp; Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Vialto Partners financial future. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Financial Modeling &amp; Forecasting: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to project the company’s future financial performance, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, cash flow analysis, and budgeting.</li><li>Budget Management: Collaborate with various departments to create, monitor, and manage the companys annual budget. Analyze budget variances and provide insights to help departments meet their financial targets.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.</li></ul>Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of the company’s strategic plan by providing financial analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations to support long-term growth and profitability goals.<ul><li>Data Analysis: Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. Present findings to management to facilitate informed decision-making.</li><li>Cost Management: Conduct cost-benefit analysis, cost allocation, and cost control initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, and budgeting.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools; strong analytical skills.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.</li><li>Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>This is a regular full-time position. 4 days a week in the office. </li><li>Location: Manhattan</li><li>Compensation: $140 - $160K.
