The squad’s goal is to create, enhance and maintain Versana’s real-time syndicated loan platform. The application front-end presents a streamlined interface which provides clients access to real-time loan data and positions. </span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>The Full Stack Software Engineer will work closely with seasoned technology leaders, and colleagues with diverse experience in a dynamic, agile environment. You must have experience in designing, developing, and deploying secure, performant, and scalable services. You must also have a passion for data and a strong understanding of cloud technologies and streaming data pipelines. You will play a key role in all facets of Versana’s data platform including development, testing, deployment, and support. </span></div><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop and own front and back-end applications for our platform.</li><li>Work with Product and UX to address client needs with high-impact and high-visibility solutions.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.</li><li>Build test automation across the full stack of our software.</li><li>Develop and maintain our design system. </li><li>Help setup the technical foundation and culture for the Application Development squad. </li><li>Help onboard new team members and interns.</li></ul><h3>Must Have:</h3><ul><li>BS or BA in Computer Science.</li><li>1-3 years of full stack development experience (backend with Java/Spring Boot, front-end with React/Angular (TypeScript/JavaScript).</li><li>Good understanding of application architecture and performance optimization. </li><li>Adeptness at using build and development tools (Git, Maven/Gradle).</li><li>Experience with REST APIs.</li><li>Experience working with Relational Databases.</li><li>Curiosity and willingness to learn new things.</li><li>Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have:</h3><ul><li>Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>End-to-end testing knowledge (Cypress/Selenium/Cucumber etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with design systems (reusable UI components). </li><li>Knowledge of Syndicated Loans or Leveraged Finance.</li></ul>
