This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technical education, program management, and a keen ability to foster career growth in others.</p> <p>As an Associate Solutions Engineering Program Manager, you’ll oversee the development and execution of training programs designed to equip ASEs with hands-on experience in technical domains like computer networking, cloud architecture, and physical security. Youll manage the progress of ASEs through their training, ensuring they gain valuable skills and experiences necessary for success in building technical solutions. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidates skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity.
