We are looking for candidates who are comfortable and available to come in to our office at 15955 La Cantera Pkwy San Antonio, TX 78256 2-3 days per week. Mondays and Fridays are work from home.The Accounts Payable (AP) Associate II is responsible for timely processing of invoices for Vericast using established policies and procedures requiring the use of accounting principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Require direct contact with Procurement Category Managers, buyers and vendors. Position is responsible for knowing not only how to process invoices, but also resolves purchase to pay issues and drives process improvement with all involved in the procure to pay process.KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Problem solve for purchase to payment processing issues by working with buyers, internal management and the vendor to enable not only the processing of the current invoice but also to streamline the process for future invoices. 60%</li><li>Support audit inquiries from internal external or state audit requests. 10%</li><li>Reconcile accounts or prepare reporting as assigned. 10%</li><li>Processes invoices/credit memos for Vericast companies. 10%</li><li>Participate on teams as related to system upgrades, acquisitions, divestitures and any other project work as assigned. 10%</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>EDUCATION<ul><li>Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred</li></ul>EXPERIENCE<ul><li>4-6 Years of relevant experience with an understanding of 3-way matching for goods and 2-way matching for services</li><li>Strong communication and Excel skills required </li><li>SAP experience preferred </li></ul>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES<ul><li>Detail oriented, high integrity and ability to multi-task</li><li>Strong organization, communication (verbal &amp; written) and time management skills</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>Hourly Pay: $20.00-$24.00*Applications will be accepted through October 4, 2025, after which the posting will be closed and no longer available for submissions.*The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.Vericast offers a generous total rewards benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage, 401K with company match and generous PTO allowance.
