Build from scratch. Move the needle.</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join Vercel. We’re looking for a builder, who can own all strategy &amp; execution and that’s motivated by impact. You’ll lead field marketing for our West region, partnering tightly with Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales to design, build, and execute Field and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that resonate with a deeply technical audience.</p> <p>If you’ve built field programs from the ground up, have a bias for action, and know how to speak to engineers and technical buyers, we want to meet you.</p> <p>The role will be based out of our SF or NYC office in a hybrid basis which includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.</p> <h2>What You Will Do:</h2> <ul> <li>Build the strategy and execute key Field programs: Identify key tradeshows and conferences for Vercel to participate in, plan and execute the events to drive qualified leads and pipeline to support the regional revenue targets.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Engineer Experiences: Own the strategy and execution of hosted, sponsored, and partner events, both virtual and in-person, that engage technical decision-makers and practitioners.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Build &amp; Execute ABM Playbooks: Architect full-funnel, full-stack ABM programs targeting high-value accounts. Partner with Sales to deeply understand account needs and build campaigns that drive meetings, pipeline, and revenue.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Accelerate the Funnel: Design creative, data-informed tactics that move buyers from awareness to decision faster.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Drive Measurable Impact: Use data to continuously test, measure, and refine your programs. Youre not just generating leads, youre building pipeline, influencing &amp; accelerating revenue.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate to Win: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Developer Experience, and other marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and a world class buyer experience.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Travel Requirements: Participate in events and meetings across the West region, with a significant amount of travel (~30%) involved to support field marketing activities.</li> </ul> <h2> </h2> <h2>About You:</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in field marketing and Demand Gen, with hands on experience running ABM strategies</li> <li>You’ve marketed to an engineering audience or working within the AI, devtools or cloud computing industry. </li> <li>You’re analytical and scrappy: comfortable working with data to make decisions and experiment at speed.</li> <li>You’re high-agency. Someone who sees opportunity and builds without waiting for permission.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be  adjusted based on employee location.  The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
