You will collaborate closely with our team leads, product managers, QA developers and Technical Directors, and also provide mentorship to our more junior members.What youll do:<ul><li>Participate in all aspects of the software lifecycle, from defining requirements, designing models, to implementing and testing, and finally, deployment and maintenance.</li><li>Do hands on full stack web development (Typescript): implementing the back-end engine needed to interact with the existing Vention tech stack, as well as our graphical user interfaces that allow customers to interact with their industrial machine in a code-free way.</li><li>Develop and maintain thorough documentation for all developed models and associated code.</li><li>Design and lead crucial technical projects and initiatives across teams and departments.</li><li>Work closely with leadership: software team leads, product managers, etc.</li><li>Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>7+ years experience in software development (preferably with typescript)</li><li>Experience with Typescript, Python, and with web development frameworks such as React</li><li>Experience in designing responsive systems (embedded and cloud/web)</li><li>Understanding of distributed system design and the related technical challenges</li><li>A strong ownership of all aspects throughout the SDLC and beyond</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility, to show ownership over full, end-to-end solutions</li><li>Love of new challenges and ability to work in fast-paced environment</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>How We Take Care of You<ul><li>Flexible paid time off and remote work policies.</li><li>Complimentary beverages and snacks so that you are fuelled and ready for your day.</li><li>Global comprehensive health plans so you feel your best.</li><li>Career growth opportunities.
