We’re looking for someone who has built and scaled great applications, navigated the challenges of growth, and understands the road ahead. This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives in greenfield environments to shape the foundation and help build something truly lasting from the ground up.</span></div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Start by building on and enhancing the foundations of the application weve established, then transition into leading new, greenfield development</li><li>Take full ownership of key subsystems (e.g. reporting, workflow engines, access control, etc.), evolving them from early-stage implementation to mature, scalable solutions in a multi-tenant enterprise application</li><li>Ensure high-quality, low-drama production with comprehensive testing</li><li>Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and a strong engineering culture</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>6+ years of software development experience</li><li>Extensive experience building multi-tenant SaaS enterprise applications</li><li>Strong background in systems software development, using C, C++, or Java. If Java, some experience focused on low-level systems work</li><li>Rust experience or the desire and ability to pick it up quickly</li><li>Proven track record of seeing projects through from early-stage development to mid/late-stage success</li><li>Comfortable taking on multiple roles and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment</li><li>Skilled at aligning technical execution with business priorities to drive product success</li><li>Must be located in PST or MST</li></ul><h3>Perks &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance</li><li>Flexible PTO and company paid holidays</li><li>Retirement programs</li><li>1% charitable giving program</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>Base pay: $110,000 - $270,000</li><li>The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
