You are excited about the technical design of new products and interfaces that can simplify the acquisition, maintenance, and delivery of complex health data into a seamless user experience. You’ll understand the needs of our internal and customers, and work to design enterprise level software that can help support their business processes.</span></div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Develop the vision and designs for the back-end enterprise software and front-end data delivery</li><li>Own and design product features start to finish including authoring high-quality design specifications and managing jira stories</li><li>Develop wireframes for user interfaces</li><li>Run design sessions to dive deep into use cases, profile users, understand key features, and design a delightful user experience</li><li>Manage feature prioritization, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with the Development team</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Product Management, Data Ops, and Engineering teams to design and deliver capabilities from prototype to scale, then iterate and enhance</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on Product Management</li><li>Direct experience working on enterprise software products</li><li>Experience in life sciences with an understanding of the US healthcare system</li><li>Passion for clean, simple user interface design</li><li>Comfortable with ambiguity, breaking goals down into tangible and actionable work plans</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience with:</li><li>Healthcare reference data</li><li>Product management of data products</li></ul><h3>Perks &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance</li><li>Flexible PTO and company paid holidays</li><li>Retirement programs</li><li>1% charitable giving program</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>Base pay: $120,000 - $200,000</li><li>The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
