Veeva Systems is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Senior Analyst International Tax to oversee critical aspects of our international tax operations. From preparing tax provisions to driving compliance and spearheading transfer pricing documentation, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to shape the future of tax processes in a cutting-edge environment.</span></div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Prepare quarterly and annual international ASC 740 tax provision models, ensuring accuracy and compliance</li><li>Lead calculations for tax implications related to FDII, GILTI, and BEAT</li><li>Executing tax accounting control compliance under Sarbanes-Oxley</li><li>Collaborate with external service providers on international forms (Form 5471 and 8858) within our Federal income tax return and transfer pricing studies</li><li>Coordinate with foreign accounting teams on international tax matters </li><li>Conduct research and provide insightful analysis on tax implications of specific transactions</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial information for tax purposes</li><li>Take the lead on ad hoc tax projects that drive continuous improvement</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>3+ years of hands-on experience in international tax in a CPA firm</li><li>Expertise in international tax provision preparation</li><li>A sharp analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines</li><li>Proficient in Excel</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>A degree in Finance or Accounting (B.S./B.A.)</li><li>CPA certification or a Master’s in Taxation</li><li>Experience with Big 4 firms or in a multinational corporate setting</li><li>Previous exposure to Netsuite</li></ul><h3>Perks &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance</li><li>Flexible PTO and company paid holidays</li><li>Retirement programs</li><li>1% charitable giving program</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>Base pay: $90,000 - $140,000</li><li>The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
