Product Experts are a lead voice in our online communities, customer meetings, in-person events, and creating resources for both internal and external teams to realize the value of innovation within our products.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span> This is a great opportunity for someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about Promotional and Medical Content and is excited about working closely with customers to help make them successful.</span></div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Be the product evangelist and provide subject matter expertise for Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Medical</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest features, capabilities, and roadmap direction</li><li>Share product information and best practices and educate customers on Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Medical through customer meetings and online communities</li><li>Engage with customer stakeholders to share our product vision and roadmap</li><li>Collect, dig into, and prioritize customer feedback and product gaps, and provide this input into release planning and roadmap direction</li><li>Collaborate with the wider Product team to deliver product communication, such as release notes content, feature education, demo recordings, and online and in-person community meetings</li><li>Provide support to all areas in the organization, including Services, Strategy, Sales &amp; Product Support</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>A must-have is 3+ years of experience administrating and/or implementing Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Medical, or similar application</li><li>Experience working with or supporting software for Enterprise companies as a vendor.</li><li>Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements, preferences, and limitations to both business and technical audiences</li><li>Experience interacting with customers and internal teams, both in-person and remote</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills; written, verbal, and formal presentation</li><li>Self-directed team player with a positive attitude</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 10%</li><li>Fluent in English and Japanese</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience with Promotional and Medical content creation or administration</li><li>Creating materials for technical &amp; non-technical audiences</li><li>Experience with video editing software</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Experience in performing software demonstrations</li><li>Experience managing an online community</li></ul><h3>Perks &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Highly competitive remuneration</li><li>Opportunity for rapid progression</li><li>Veeva Giving.  Financial contributions for the societal causes you’re passionate about</li><li>Health &amp; wellness programs</li></ul><div>Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.</div><div><br /></div><div>Veeva is an equal opportunity employer.
