Your work will be used by the largest global pharmaceutical and biotech companies to bring their medicine, treatments, and products to the doctors and patients who need them.</span></div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Lead the vision and strategy for product design across our platform, ensuring consistency and excellence in both web and mobile experiences</li><li>Drive the evolution of our design system, establishing patterns and components that scale across products</li><li>Create high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications</li><li>Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation</li><li>Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap</li><li>Champion user-centered design practices throughout the organization</li><li>Facilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback to raise the bar for design quality</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3+ years focusing on enterprise software</li><li>Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile app design</li><li>Deep expertise in modern design tools (Figma) and design systems</li><li>Proven track record of shipping complex enterprise products</li><li>Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies</li><li>Experience leading and mentoring other designers</li><li>Excellence in interaction design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles</li><li>Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>West coast candidates are preferred</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Background in leading design system initiatives</li><li>Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles</li><li>Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing</li><li>Strong presentation and storytelling abilities</li><li>Knowledge of data visualization and complex UI patterns</li><li>Experience with motion design and micro-interactions</li><li>Previous experience in fast-paced, agile environments</li></ul><h3>Perks &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance</li><li>Flexible PTO and company paid holidays</li><li>Retirement programs</li><li>1% charitable giving program</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>Base pay: $150,000 - $250,000</li><li>The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
