The Enterprise Sales Director is a critical position responsible for hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of account partners who call on named medical device companies across North America. Creativity, energy, and the ability to hire, manage and support a diverse team are critical.</span></div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Hire and manage a team of A-players to create and drive business into new and existing accounts</li><li>Meet/exceed pipeline generation and new revenue targets set for the team</li><li>Provide strategic guidance related to key opportunities and complete sales cycles</li><li>Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT, and C level executives</li><li>Accurate sales forecast and pipeline management</li><li>Review and approve pricing and proposals</li><li>Review and approve expense reports and other administrative tasks associated with managing an outside sales team</li><li>Report and maintain timely and thorough notes pertaining to opportunities via Veeva’s CRM</li><li>Be willing to travel 50%+</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years combined experience selling enterprise software</li><li>3-5 years of sales leadership experience</li><li>Understanding of SaaS and Clinical Data Management, Clinical Ops Management, Regulatory people, processes, and technology</li><li>Understanding of Enterprise Software sales cycles and associated Strategies &amp; Tactics</li><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written &amp; verbal communication skills</li><li>Be self-motivated, professional, confident, flexible, and results-driven</li><li>Be proactive and energetic approach, flexible</li><li>Be willing to travel as required</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Techniques to influence requirements and the sales cycle timeline</li><li>Effective time management &amp; multi-tasking skills</li><li>History of leadership roles, professional or non-professional</li></ul><h3>Perks &amp; Benefits </h3><ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance</li><li>Flexible PTO and company paid holidays</li><li>Retirement programs</li><li>1% charitable giving program</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>Base pay: $135,000 - $300,000</li><li>The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
