Veeva Data Cloud is the modern data foundation for Biopharma, overcoming the limitations of fragmented systems with a complete suite of commercial data products: reference data, deep data, performance data, and access data.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>This is a hybrid role that combines deep technical data expertise with a consultative, client-facing approach. You will be responsible for supporting customer engagements in pre-sales, which includes working directly with customers to build brand awareness, highlighting product points of differentiation, and guiding customer data assessments. Additionally, you will demonstrate how these products can be used to drive value for customers by discovering new patients and healthcare providers, growing top-line revenue, and increasing bottom line efficiency.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>Leveraging your technical skills and industry expertise, you will also educate prospective customers as to how Compass and HCP 360 products are used to support key use cases, including how:</span></div><div><span>1. Your role is to articulate the value proposition and expertly address customer questions and potential objections</li><li><b>Consultative Selling:</b> You will adopt a consultative approach, working directly with customers to understand their business needs and therapeutic area dynamics. You will then design and deliver custom data assessments and product demonstrations that precisely demonstrate how Compass solves their most critical commercial use cases</li><li><b>Pre-Sales Framework Design: </b>Contribute to the pre-sales framework, including standardized processes, methodologies and analysis templates, to create a consistent, repeatable, and scalable approach for all customer engagements</li><li><b>Project Management: </b>You will manage multiple analytics projects, ensuring on-time delivery</li><li><b>Thought Leadership: </b>You will serve as a key thought leader for Veeva Compass, helping to shape the market narrative and establish our brand as an authority in the industry. You will educate the industry on new and innovative product methodologies through customer-facing discussions, presentations, and the creation of forward-looking content</li><li><b>Strategic Contribution:</b> Youll collect market feedback and share it with the strategy and product teams to influence the product roadmap and future feature releases. You will also contribute to new business development and assist Account Partners in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals)</li><li><b>Client Relationship Management:</b> You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, working alongside account partners and strategists to build and maintain strong relationships at key accounts</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>General Experience:</b></li><li>8+ years of healthcare data and/or analytics experience, with deep knowledge in areas like Oncology and Rare Disease</li><li>Experience working with commercial teams in life sciences and managing client engagements</li><li>A demonstrated ability to successfully engage all levels of client organizations</li><li><b>Technical Expertise:</b></li><li>Deep knowledge of and direct experience working with pharmaceutical commercial data sets, including specific data products from vendors like IQVIA (i.e., LAAD, Xponent, DDD, NPA, NSP), ICON (i.e., PatientSourceComplete, PatientSourceDuo, PrescriberSource, PayerSource, NonRetailSource), and Komodo MapLab</li><li>Ability to analyze large datasets using SQL</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence</li><li><b>Other Skills:</b></li><li>Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and presentation skills</li><li>A passion for bringing new products to market and entrepreneurial energy</li><li>The ability to function as a trusted advisor to customers</li><li>Ability to travel for customer meetings and internal events, as needed</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Data visualization expertise (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma)</li><li>Experience working with product and/or agile teams</li><li>Experience in labs and genomics data</li><li>Experience in remittance data</li></ul><h3>Perks &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance</li><li>Flexible PTO and company paid holidays</li><li>Retirement programs</li><li>1% charitable giving program</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>Base pay: $110,000 - $175,000</li><li>The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
