We will bring new efficiencies to our customers with the most advanced GPM QC-focused LIMS by providing all functionality in a single platform.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This role will allow you to be in the drivers seat of a new product area from the ground up with early adopters.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. This is a customer-facing role and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.</span></div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Participate in projects at life sciences companies designing and deploying systems</li><li>Configure and implement cloud solutions</li><li>Lead requirements workshops: design, prototype, configuration, and solutions</li><li>Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting LIMS systems</li><li>Technical aptitude to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions designs</li><li>Proven expertise in customer leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment</li><li>Demonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, ability to conduct complex and technical communications in a wide variety of settings and audiences, and the determination to see client success with solution implementation</li><li>Travel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50% with typical travel around 25%</li></ul><h3>Perks &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance</li><li>Flexible PTO and company paid holidays</li><li>Retirement programs</li><li>1% charitable giving program</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000  </li><li>The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
