In this role, you’ll work to identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned accounts with our emerging and mid-size biotech customers.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>Veeva Vault is an enterprise cloud platform that uniquely manages content and data. This helps organizations eliminate silos and seamlessly execute end-to-end processes across the entire drug development lifecycle.</span></div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Utilize a value-based selling approach to sell the Veeva Vault Development Cloud across the enterprise with a vision of being a trusted partner to your customers</li><li>Know and understand the customer’s strategic direction and how Veeva supports it with software, data, and consulting</li><li>Responsible for developing and expanding relationships within a set of 5-10 accounts</li><li>Manage multiple complex sales cycles, leverage internal and external resources</li><li>Deliver analytics and benchmarking around account progress, maturity, and value to customers and internal sales leadership</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required</li><li>5+ years of recent experience in quota-carrying account management</li><li>3+ years selling a SaaS product</li><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas</li><li>Exceptional relationship management skills with experience managing and growing strategic accounts across IT, business, and C-suite</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in core account management, including building tailored account plans and product business cases </li><li>Must excel in strategic client engagement beyond renewals and order fulfillment</li><li>Based in Territory</li><li>Travel to customers as required</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Strong track record of business development in green field territory</li><li>Works well in a team environment. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
