As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive regional business growth, support sales objectives, and enhance customer and partner engagement through both digital and in-person programs. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who excels in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a measurable impact.  <h4>Responsibilities: </h4> <ul> <li>Support and coordinate marketing initiatives across the Western US, ensuring alignment with pan-regional priorities and consistent messaging. </li> <li>Act as a connector between regions, segments (enterprise, volume, channel), and global teams, sharing best practices and leveraging successful programs. </li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities, drive pipeline, and elevate brand awareness. </li> <li>Contribute to a flexible, innovative, and team-oriented environment, adapting quickly to evolving business needs. </li> <li>Plan, coordinate, and execute regional field events, trade shows, workshops, and both 1st and 3rd party engagements (onsite and virtual). </li> <li>Oversee all event logistics and vendor relationships, ensuring events align with business objectives and deliver strong engagement. </li> <li>Manage pre-event planning and post-event processes to maximize the impact of regional activities. </li> <li>Serve as the regional expert for the SLED (State, Local, and Education) vertical, developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement in this sector. </li> <li>Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to tailor messaging, campaigns, and events for SLED customers and prospects. </li> <li>Stay current on SLED market trends and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategy. </li> <li>Collaborate with global marketing teams and regional peers to support, analyze, and optimize digital marketing initiatives (email, webinars, digital ads, social media). </li> <li>Monitor and assess campaign and event performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. </li> <li>Support ad hoc digital marketing projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities. </li> </ul> <h4>Requirements: </h4> <ul> <li>5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field. </li> <li>BS/BA in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related major. </li> <li>Strong organizational and project management skills; adept at logistics and multitasking. </li> <li>Digital marketing experience (email, social, webinars, paid media) preferred. </li> <li>Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics tools (Excel, CRM, marketing automation platforms). </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and collaborative environment. </li> <li>Willingness to travel within the region as required (up to approximately 25%). </li> </ul> #LI-TS1 #remote  <div><div><div>The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay.
