This role leads the most complex and business-critical projects across commerce strategy and major operational changes, with massive executive visibility and impact. The Principal Program Manager acts as a project and program leader, working independently and making strategic decisions, while influencing stakeholders across the organization without direct authority. Experience in software, commerce, and channel environments is highly valued.</p> <p>**Due to business needs, this role needs to reside in the East or Central US**</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2> <ul> <li>Lead strategic, high-visibility projects in commerce strategy and major operational changes, driving business transformation and innovation</li> <li>Act as a senior project leader, coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, R&amp;D, IT, business leaders, project managers, executives, and more</li> <li>Influence and align stakeholders at all levels, building consensus and ensuring coordinated execution</li> <li>Navigate ambiguity and make independent decisions on business-critical issues.</li> <li>Utilize tools such as Aha!, Salesforce, and Monday.com to drive project management excellence</li> <li>Represent the Commerce Platform Strategy team in executive forums and project reviews</li> <li>Produce comprehensive program and project status reports ensuring timely and effective communication of progress, risks, and key updates to all relevant stakeholders</li> <li>Maintain outstanding working relationships in a matrixed, multicultural business environment</li> <li>Occasionally contribute to developing or refining project standards and best practices</li> <li>Minimal travel required for executive meetings or critical project needs</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications:</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
