This is a unique opportunity to influence talent acquisition at a global level, supporting our mission to build a high-performing, diverse workforce Calibration.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Strategy &amp; Process Optimization<ul><li>Map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end TA processes for efficiency and candidate experience</li><li>Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (People Services, IT, Compliance, MVH BUSCI, Business Unit TA teams) for process alignment and risk mitigation  </li></ul>Workforce Planning Enablement<ul><li>Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders for workforce planning</li><li>Contribute to workforce planning tools, data, and frameworks for strategic hiring</li><li>Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles to align talent needs with business growth  </li></ul>Recruitment Marketing &amp; Employer Brand Activation<ul><li>Develop and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns and employer brand initiatives</li><li>Optimize use of job boards, social media, and digital platforms to grow candidate pipeline</li><li>Ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand across all candidate touchpoints  </li></ul>Data &amp; Insights<ul><li>Oversee dashboards and reporting tools for recruiting activity, KPIs, and process adherence</li><li>Translate data into actionable insights for decision-making and continuous improvement  </li></ul>Project Management<ul><li>Lead cross-functional projects to improve TA processes, systems, and programs</li><li>Drive adoption and change management for new processes and technologies</li><li>Monitor and report project status to leadership, highlighting progress and challenges</li><li>Evaluate project outcomes for improvement and future initiatives</li><li>Manage TA budget process (planning, forecasting, tracking invoices, reporting) with VP  </li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations</li><li>2+ years of experience in a people leadership role</li><li>Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and optimization</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office, Workday, Phenom, and LinkedIn Recruiter  </li></ul>Additional Information Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$125,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
