Throughout this process, close collaboration takes place with Sales, Operations, and management teams. This role will function as a dedicated program support resource focused on enabling visibility, consistency, and efficiency across our design portfolio.You’ll help drive the operational rhythm of the team, improve how we measure and communicate progress, build tools to support our internal and external reporting on efforts and initiatives, and ensure our processes align with broader delivery goals. The ideal candidate will have exposure to the full real estate lifecycle—from design through construction and operations—and a strong interest in helping technical teams deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.</div><div></div><div>Essential Job Functions </div><div><div><ul><li>Portfolio Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate portfolio health, design milestones, project status, and key performance indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Support regular reporting cadences (monthly, quarterly) with actionable insights and clear visualizations</li><li>Track design phase progress across the portfolio and flag risks or misalignments</li><li>Develop and track KPIs for the Design Management team to show project impact</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Program Operations &amp; Governance<ul><li>Establish and manage operational cadences (e.g., design reviews, governance meetings, cross-functional syncs)</li><li>Maintain shared team artifacts such as roadmaps, decision logs, issue trackers, and process documentation</li><li>Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and inefficiencies</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Tooling &amp; Systems Support<ul><li>Support the selection, implementation, and maintenance of tools and templates that help manage the design lifecycle</li><li>Partner with IT or tools teams/PMO to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and usable</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Process &amp; Lifecycle Alignment<ul><li>Help define and document best practices, roles &amp; responsibilities, and workflows for design management processes</li><li>Support alignment of design processes with related functions in construction, commissioning, and operations</li><li>Ensure consistent documentation and communication practices across the project lifecycle</li><li>Handle additional duties as assigned by Management. </li></ul></li></ul></div></div><div><div> </div><div>Job Requirements </div><div><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in program operations, project coordination, business analytics, or PMO support—ideally within real estate development, design, or construction</li><li>Familiarity with the end-to-end real estate lifecycle (design, construction, operations); does not need to be a subject matter expert</li><li>Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, smartsheet)</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for simplifying complex information</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (engineering, design, construction, etc.)</li><li>Travel required is expected to be up to 15% but may increase over time as the business evolves</li></ul></div></div><div><div> </div><div>Physical Demands and Special Requirements </div><div>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
