Each member of our P&amp;C team plays a pivotal role in making high-impact decisions, resulting in a more dynamic and productive work environment.Position OverviewThis role can be based in any of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Quincy, WA; Santa Clara, CA; Ashburn, VA or open to Remote, US. We are seeking a proactive and strategic Manager, Employee Onboarding to lead the onboarding function for North America. This role will oversee a small team focused on delivering a consistent, engaging, and impactful onboarding experience that supports employee integration, retention, and success. As part of the Learning &amp; Development team, this role will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure onboarding programs reflect our culture, values, and business priorities.Essential Job Functions<ul><li>Lead and manage the North America onboarding team, providing coaching, development, and performance support.</li><li>Design and execute onboarding programs that support employees from pre-hire through their first 90 days and beyond.</li><li>Facilitate onboarding sessions and learning experiences, both virtually and in-person, to ensure high engagement and alignment with company culture.</li><li>Develop and curate onboarding content, including digital learning modules, presentations, and communications using platforms such as Docebo and OpenSesame.</li><li>Partner with Global L&amp;D, P&amp;C, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure onboarding processes are seamless, scalable, and inclusive.</li><li>Leverage systems and tools (e.g., Workday, LMS) to track onboarding participation, engagement, and success metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and P&amp;C teams to manage onboarding logistics, including shipping, access provisioning, and preboarding data accuracy.</li><li>Maintain attention to detail in managing participant records, scheduling, and communications.</li><li>Continuously assess and improve onboarding experiences using feedback, data, and best practices.</li><li>Support broader L&amp;D initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.</li><li>Travel required is expected to be up to 10% but may increase over time as the business evolves. </li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.</li><li>5+ years of experience in Learning &amp; Development, Talent Management, or HR, with a focus on onboarding or employee experience.</li><li>2+ years of people management experience preferred.</li><li>Experience in content development and facilitation for onboarding or training programs.</li><li>Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo), digital content tools (e.g., OpenSesame), and virtual collaboration technologies.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of adult learning principles and change management best practices.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience designing onboarding programs for distributed or hybrid workforces preferred.</li><li>Assessment certifications (StrengthsFinder, Enneagram, Insights, DISC, etc.) preferred.</li></ul>Physical Demands and Special Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
