The role is perfect for a creative problem solver with a proven portfolio of exciting work, and an impeccable design and art direction skillset. They are expected to consistently come up with a volume of ideas that are on brief, and push the creative bar. They will work closely with the copywriters, designers, marketing managers and media buyers on optimizing the campaigns’ strategy, help manage the creative team, and present to the leadership.The right candidate brings substantial production experience and a clear creative vision. They’re confident in guiding that vision through execution, and can independently lead production partners.What you’ll do as an Associate Creative Director at Vanta:<ul><li>Drive concept and execution of brand awareness campaigns, GTM, lifecycle, paid social and more. This role requires both high-level creative vision and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to bring concepts to life (design skills are a must.)</li><li>Plan and scope creative projects to work creatively around difficult business, technical, and/or resource constraints. Prioritize and manage timelines. Find and communicate with agencies, photographers, directors, and other vendors.</li><li>When working as a team with multiple creatives, manage various creative disciplines (art, copy, design) across multiple projects.</li><li>Simplify the team’s workflow and scale the work by creating templates and introducing new processes (e.g., using AI.)</li><li>Lead by example, mentor, and coach other creatives.</li><li>Regularly connect with the marketing and growth stakeholders to create partnerships that earn trust in the Brand Creative team’s thought leadership, and ideas.</li></ul>How to be successful in this role:<ul><li>BFA in graphic design, advertising, or a similar field.</li><li>10+ years of experience in advertising, including a min. of 5 years in B2B, and 2 years of people management experience.</li><li>A portfolio of award-winning or groundbreaking work within a variety of media: TV, digital, print, social media and experiential.
