If youre energized by hands-on tech work and want to make a tangible difference every day, this might be the perfect role for you.Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Serve as the primary technical support contact for our on-premises (locally installed) customers.</li> <li>Troubleshoot, configure, and manage hardware including servers, workstations, scanners, printers, and peripherals.</li> <li>Install and support Windows-based systems (both desktop and server), including OS, drivers, and Cott application environments.</li> <li>Perform basic system admin functions: running SQL Server 2019 queries, updating database tables, and assisting with patching and backup validation.</li> <li>Lead remote or onsite installation planning and support engagements for new customer hardware.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with internal teams and customers to ensure technology environments are healthy, stable, and aligned with application needs.</li> <li>Track and escalate complex issues as needed, always ensuring responsive and professional communication.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience supporting Windows-based hardware/software environments.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop and peripheral hardware.</li> <li>Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments (2012 through 2019).</li> <li>Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), including basic queries and table updates.</li> <li>Comfortable navigating Active Directory, DNS, and basic Windows network configurations.</li> <li>Experience with IIS, backup/restore utilities, or virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix) is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Willingness to occasionally travel for onsite customer installations or escalated support needs.</li> </ul>
