We’re looking for an HR leader to take our People &amp; Culture function to the next level.<h3>Your Mission at UXCam</h3>As our new Head of People &amp; Culture, youll lead our People &amp; Culture function with vision and strategy—building a culture where high performance and trust go hand-in-hand. You’ll develop and execute an HR strategy that aligns with UXCam’s growth, ensures transparency, drives employee engagement, and supports our team across locations.<h4>Strategic Leadership</h4><ul><li>Own and drive UXCam’s long-term People &amp; Culture strategy, including team growth, culture, and leadership development. </li><li>Define and execute HR initiatives that align with company goals while supporting each team members career trajectory. </li><li>Act as a trusted strategic advisor to leadership and team members, bringing both business needs and employee well-being together. </li></ul><h4>Culture &amp; Leadership</h4><ul><li>Champion a people-first, transparent culture across all locations and functions. </li><li>Define and embody core company values; ensure they’re consistently applied across hiring, performance, and communication. </li><li>Serve as a bridge between leadership and the team—building trust, addressing conflicts, and ensuring open, honest feedback flows both ways. </li></ul><h4>People Development &amp; Performance</h4><ul><li>Design and implement a personal development framework, including active leadership training and development plans for all levels. </li><li>Establish a fair and aligned performance management (PM) process that recognizes high performance and supports underperformance constructively. </li><li>Define success plans for critical roles and map talent against business needs to ensure organizational resilience. </li></ul><h4>HR Operations &amp; Compliance</h4><ul><li>Establish reliable and transparent HR procedures—including salary benchmarks, hiring practices, and payroll compliance. </li><li>Own payroll strategy and execution across relevant countries; ensure legal compliance and scalable HR operations. </li><li>Create and maintain standardized hiring processes, including structured interviews, consistent assessments. </li></ul><h4>Remote &amp; Hybrid Work Strategy</h4><ul><li>Develop and manage a clear remote work framework, including country limitations, payroll considerations, and cultural alignment. </li><li>Ensure inclusion and engagement across remote and in-office teams, with special focus on our vibrant Berlin HQ. </li></ul><h4>Organizational Design &amp; Workforce Planning</h4><ul><li>Conduct ongoing org mapping and workforce planning to anticipate needs, address gaps, and ensure a scalable structure. </li><li>Develop clear growth paths for all roles and functions to increase retention and internal mobility. </li></ul> <h3>What Success Looks Like</h3><ul><li>A clear, transparent HR strategy adopted company-wide. </li><li>Stable and motivating team environment across locations. </li><li>Employees have clarity on development, performance expectations, and compensation. </li><li>Leadership trusts HR as a strategic business partner, not just an operational function. </li><li>UXCam continues to attract, develop, and retain outstanding talent who enrich our culture.</li></ul> We’re looking for someone who brings both strategic vision and operational execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in People &amp; Culture, with the following experience and traits:<h4>Professional Experience &amp; Skills</h4><ul><li>International HR experience, having worked in culturally diverse and fast-scaling tech companies. </li><li>Prior experience in tech companies of 60–100 people, ideally with rapid growth trajectories. </li><li>Proven track record in creating, owning, and implementing a People &amp; Culture strategy across functions. </li><li>Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, performance management frameworks, and team development. </li><li>Solid understanding of German labour law and contracts, including compliance and legal responsibilities. </li><li>Experience creating structured HR and workforce planning processes that scale. </li><li>Familiar with payroll strategy and execution across multiple countries. </li><li>Background in setting up and maintaining salary bands and benchmarks. </li></ul><h4>Personal Attributes</h4><ul><li>German speaker, with strong communication skills in both German and English. </li><li>Assertive, concise, and organized, able to lead with clarity and drive action. </li><li>Trustworthy and reliable, respected by leadership and team members alike. </li><li>Able to give and receive direct, constructive feedback with empathy and professionalism. </li><li>Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. </li><li>Open to challenges, can meet the business where it is while pushing for progress. </li><li>Hungry to learn and grow, not afraid to tackle complex or ambiguous problems. </li><li>Comfortable being on-site in our Berlin office 5 days per week, to be present, available, and deeply embedded in our culture. </li></ul>Can commit long-term, contributing to the team’s stability and trust over time.As our new Head of People &amp; Culture, youll lead our People &amp; Culture function with vision and strategy—building a culture where high performance and trust go hand-in-hand.
