We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Success Engineer to join our global team. In this client-facing, consultative role, you will guide prospects and customers on best practices for implementing the UXCam SDK, ensuring they maximize value from our platform. You’ll be the go-to technical advisor, troubleshooting issues, communicating technical concepts in non-technical terms, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive customer success.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers and prospects, providing guidance on SDK implementation and integration.

  • Deliver exceptional customer support through video calls, emails, Slack, written documentation, and Intercom chats. 

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with customer success, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain technical resources, including FAQs and how-to guides.

  • Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

  • Provide feedback to improve product features and overall customer experience.

  • Replicate and test customers code hurdles regarding SDK implementation and best practices.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success engineering, sales engineering, technical support, or solutions engineering role.

  • Experience in developing iOS or Android applications.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with C1 level of English or above.

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

  • Experience integrating third party SDKs and libraries into projects.

  • Experience with APIs and product analytics platforms will be a bonus.

  • Familiarity with app development environments (e.g., Xcode, Android Studio).

  • Comfort working in a global environment with flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if needed.

  • Additional language, e.g. Portuguese will be a plus.
