Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers and prospects, providing guidance on SDK implementation and integration.
Deliver exceptional customer support through video calls, emails, Slack, written documentation, and Intercom chats.
Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with customer success, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain technical resources, including FAQs and how-to guides.
Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
Provide feedback to improve product features and overall customer experience.
Replicate and test customers code hurdles regarding SDK implementation and best practices.
2+ years of experience in a customer success engineering, sales engineering, technical support, or solutions engineering role.
Experience in developing iOS or Android applications.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with C1 level of English or above.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Experience integrating third party SDKs and libraries into projects.
Experience with APIs and product analytics platforms will be a bonus.
Familiarity with app development environments (e.g., Xcode, Android Studio).
Comfort working in a global environment with flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if needed.
Additional language, e.g. Portuguese will be a plus.
