However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.<div>What youll do: </div><div><ul><li> Leads a cross functional team of Organizational Change and readiness employees and Bank wide Change Management governance and oversight program. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Responsible for monitoring and driving program adherence and effective quality in execution for change team and business leaders on change program. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develops and integrates Change Strategy and reporting for a portfolio of change. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drives team to continuously evaluate, refine and implement appropriate change management strategies, tools, and processes to improve user experience &amp; proficiency to minimize risk when introducing change. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensures suitability and sustainability of change management program through monitoring, assessment, feedback routines, and appropriate plans of action, as appropriate. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develops and sustains key relationships and brand for change team. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Coaches and influences roles within or complimentary to the change program to lead change in a highly matrixed organization. Helps develop organizational change capability. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Builds and is responsible for a team of employees for assigned functional area through ongoing execution of recruiting, development, retention, mentor and support, performance management, and managerial activities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, supervised, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures. </li></ul></div><div> What you have: </div><div><div><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree: OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>8 years of directly related experience such as organizational change management, communication, interpersonal behavior, marketing, human resources and/or, project delivery and accountability for sophisticated tasks and/or projects; OR if Advanced Degree, 6 years of related experience, as previously referenced. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>3 years of direct team lead or management experience. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Advanced knowledge of and experience with change management principles and methodologies.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Extensive experience working with senior leaders on major change initiatives with significant impact. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Extensive experience with influencing, applying emotional intelligence, interpersonal savvy &amp; politics and partnering for client’s success; matrix management, decision making and critical thinking, producing results, consulting engagement management, overcoming resistance to change. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience driving/leading change initiatives for large transformations, mentoring and influencing business leaders, setting change strategies/plans and implementing them successfully. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies delivery and principles. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Advanced knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements. </li></ul></div></div><div>What sets you apart:  </div><div><ul><li>3 or more years of direct team management experience.</li><li>Strategic vision to ready the program and team to support the Bank’s immediate as well as mid to long term objectives. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, understanding audience and how to navigate across areas and lines of defense effectively. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Capability to operationalize effectively through appropriate stakeholder identification and engagement, solutioning, readiness activities, and implementation. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Adaptability and ability to be successful with new or changing circumstances or priorities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to appropriate identify risk, offer recommendations, and carry out mitigation and resolution tactical or strategic needs. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $127,310 - $243,340.  </div><div> </div><div>USAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position.
